Delivery Policy
we have cash on delivery service. We will ship online orders within 3 -4 working days from the date customers will receive a dispatch notification to their registered mobile number or email upon dispatch of order. If you choose the cash on delivery facility, the delivery company will always call the phone number you provide when entering the address before delivery. Please always answer the call, otherwise your order will be cancelled. We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted items. If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option of selecting a new item of the same value or a refund.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the order receipt date.
We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
We will not accept return items that has been worn, washed or altered.

The exchange option will not be available if the purchased item is no longer available and will arrange a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase

Refund
We aim to process all refunds within 1 working day of receiving your parcel at our stores.
Refunds can only be made to the bank transfer
You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed

We will arrange the courier free of charge in the unlikely that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item
